Rahul Bose recently attended the Times of India’s Kala Ghoda Festival in Mumbai, where he read out excerpts from the book Mumbai Masti. We asked celebs who attended what their favourite masti moments in Mumbai were.“Marine Drive, when it starts to rain,” Rahul lists as one of his favourites.

Ayesha Dharker says, “The main masti is street food.” Artist Kahini Arte Merchant says, “When we were kids, we used to have butta by the seaside every monsoon. We’d always get wet, because the waves would splash over us.” For designer Krsna Mehta, it’s, “The coolies at railway stations, standing together and smiling. Or even the people inside the trains, singing bhajans together!”
