On Friday, Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na hits theaters and many a fan will be eagerly awaiting the start of the film. Produced by Aamir and Mansoor Khan, it stars their nephew Imran Khan. His love interest Aditi, is being portrayed by sort-of newcomer Genelia D’Souza. Sort-of newcomer because she is not new to acting in films, she is a star in the South Indian film industry plus she was seen in 2004’s Masti opposite Riteish Deshmukh. We caught up with Bollywood’s hot new debutant, Imran Khan, earlier last week at the Amir Khan Productions office for a brief tête-à-tête.

The 25-year-old Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na star came through as chilled; unfazed by the upcoming release of his film on July 4, and the press attention that he has been getting.

Saif Ali Khan who has done exceptionally well in negative roles, besides comedy, has been offered a role which is the most negative of all. A role of a terrorist. The film is written and is to be directed by Rensil D’Silva, who is the script writer of the block buster “Rang De Basanti”. The script was liked by Karan Johar so much, that he has agreed to produce it. Kareena will be the female lead, with not a very significant role.
